Sessions are 1 hour long, either face to face in a gym or from your home. There is a free initial consultation to understand your fitness goals along with diet planning and smart goal setting. After that I take block bookings of 4 sessions at a time.
Boxit is a 1 hour session with hook and jab pads (provided) with a little bit of Shane spice thrown in to really get those calories burnt through.
Bootcamps are 1 hour sessions outdoor which will test your endurance and strength giving you an all round improvement to both cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. These sessions are tailored to suit all fitness levels and abilities in an outside environment using anything from battle ropes, kettle bells, tyres and sledge hammers, weighted bags to name a few.
This service gives you a BMR and BMI check and helps you understand the right balance of carbs/protien & fat you should consume per day, tailored to you and your fitness goals.
