So, after having struggled for a few years to come to terms with a menopausal weight loss programme, a very dear friend of mine recommended I get in touch with Shane. So I did and, wow, the results are amazing. All it took was to feel I had someone sitting on my shoulder saying protein, protein, protein and get on that x trainer! Been training with Shane for the best part of nearly two years now. He is a great PT, knows how to push, motivate to get the best results. Highly recommend the Saturday morning bootcamps as great exercise session with a great friendly group of people all very welcoming. Also now has a great personal gym for one on one Personal Training with some cracking modern kit. If you’re thinking of getting into fitness or returning after a break then definitely give SM fitness a try.
I had not properly exercised for a few years and I needed someone to push me, so I decided to join SM Fitness. I wanted to tone up and drop a dress a size. I joined the nutrition plan and the support Shane gives you holds you accountable. You can still have a life but be mindful along with the bootcamps I am now at target 4 months down the line and loving it. I love how my mental and physical ability has changed through these bootcamps and the support from the others (mixed ages) and Shane is warm and welcoming. Big shout out to you Shane. It’s something I will be attending weekly.
I signed up with Shane for his nutrition coaching in January with the aim of losing a stone and dropping a dress size before my holiday in May. I actually hit target and dropped 2 dress sizes by mid April!!! As a 54 Yr old women and many menopausal symptoms, I have really struggled with my weight for the last 18 months. Shane has been unbelievably supportive, motivating, informative, encouraging, the list goes on!!!! Some weeks we're easier than others,but his consistent contact and help has been invaluable towards me hitting my goals. I simply could not have done it without his support and encouragement. I haven't weighed what I do currently for 4 years, so I am delighted and cannot recommend Shane enough. I rejoined his bootcamps too recently and the following he has built up from when he started is a testament to his dedication and passion for what he does. If you are, like me, someone who can drift off the healthier lifestyle from time to time, then Shane is definitely the one to help. I've still had my treats, the odd weekend drink and takeaway, as Shane's motto is "you still need to live and have some treats." Otherwise, it would have been very hard to have stuck at it. He doesn't talk about diets!!!! Far from it.... It's about the balance of eating healthier, enjoying food without the guilt, and getting those steps in!!!!😂 I laugh because with my job, that was the hardest challenge, and I think that was my daily message from Shane.... STEPS!!! Seriously, he's great at what he does and will 110% recommend him to everyone!!! Thank you Shane, I feel great again...xx
Bootcamp is a great, all abilities class, where you can pick your own challenge and Shane will push you to be your best. It's helped me up my fitness and support my running! Cheers Shane👊
Go to Shane for his circuits class. He’s always very motivational. He corrects your form to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts and not in a position to injure yourself. And mostly he makes it fun and the atmosphere and people are a great bunch!
